Ingredients
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together to coat.
- Spread out wings in a single layer on a baking sheet For a crispier wing, place all on wire racks and catch drippings on baking sheet.
- Bake wings until cooked through and skin is crispy, 45–50 minutes. Turn over wings about half way through.
- Remove from oven and toss with favorite sauce, like Buffalo, BBQ, or eat them plain.
- Dunk in either ranch of bleu cheese.
